Relationship Of Parties
The Grow Apps, in rendering performance under this Agreement, shall be deemed an independent contractor and nothing contained herein shall constitute this arrangement to be employment, a joint venture, or a partnership. The client does not undertake by this agreement, the order form or otherwise to perform any obligation of the agency, whether by regulation or contract. in no way is the agency to be construed as the agent or to be acting as the agent of client in any respect, any other provisions of this agreement.
This agreement shall be effective as of the time frame decided. Either party with a written notice to the other may terminate this Agreement within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice. This Agreement may be terminated by the Agency.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a product and service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our product and services. you should look at the terms regularly. we’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. we’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable product and service. changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. however, changes addressing new functions for a product and service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. if you do not agree to the modified terms for a product and service, you should discontinue your use of that product and service.
